Job Summary
This global manufacturer is seeking a Corporate Paralegal who can support the General Counsel's team through corporate record management, preparing legal documents, coordinating filings, and overseeing contract and entity administration.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain subsidiary records, organizational charts, and corporate documentation.
• Conduct basic legal/business research and draft resolutions, minutes, and other legal documents.
• Manage CSC entity management and CounselLink e‑billing systems.
• Support attorneys with matter setup, invoice processing, and related tasks.
• Coordinate internal functions related to legal invoicing and financial reporting.
• Respond to requests for legal or entity information.
Qualifications
• Required: HS diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience as a paralegal or administrative assistant.
• Associate degree and/or ABA‑approved paralegal certificate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience interacting with senior leaders and outside counsel.
• North Carolina Notary Public.
• Experience in large public companies and/or international jurisdictions (Europe/APAC).
• Must be able to work onsite 4 days a week.
